If German Grocery shipped you an incorrect item, we did not ship an item, or you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please call our office immediately so we can resolve this issue as quick as possible.

Unfortunately, shipping charges may not be refunded; it is determined on a case-by-case basis. The actual shipping charge may be higher than our flat rate initially charged. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card minus shipping charges. Bulk orders may not be refundable unless agreed in writing prior to purchase. International orders may not be refundable unless agreed in writing prior to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, and credits.
